Meet Celine, Inceptions pre & post natal and female specialist! Bringing 7 years of expertise to the team. Coming from a background of professional dancing, Celine is qualified in pre & post natal training and sports massage. So if you are looking for a friendly female coach to get you to your goals, Celine is the one for you!

Meet Isaac, the newest member of Inception. He has trained with a goal of bodybuilding and strength for years, with his specialist areas being muscle building and fat loss, Isaac brings fresh ideas and motivation to keep you on track to achieve your goals!

Natalie

Martina

Martina wanted to complete her first triathlon, while losing weight and getting stronger in the process. She dedicated herself to the plan, Lost 11.6kg, built great strength in the gym, ran her first 10km race and completed a triathlon in a great time. She even managed to run a 5km PB in the triathlon!

Kat

Kat's main goal was to get faster at running and tone up. She came to us having never ran a marathon, so we set the long term goal of a marathon and then smaller goals of half marathon's and 10km races in the short term. She completed her first marathon in 4hrs 45mins, but didn't stop there! We then pushed on and aimed for the 2026 London Marathon. With a lot of hard work and some injury set backs in the process, she pushed on and ran the London Marathon in 4hrs 1min. Setting a big 44minute PB! In the process of this she also lost 6kg and built a lot of lean muscle.
