The Inception Client App

The hub for your fitness journey. This is where your training plan and sessions, nutrition plan, phases and goals, sleep tracking and health markers are tracked. With all our coaches having instant access to all data that you input, we can give fast feedback on your progress.

The training plan that your coach sets you will be accessible on the app, with videos on every movement and descriptions so you will never be stuck whilst training.

Your nutrition plan can be accessed on the app and all of your calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats and fibre goals will be set for you by one of our coaches. There are easy visuals to see where your current intake is versus the daily target.

As you progress and move through your fitness journey, graphs on the app will populate to give easy understanding of health, weight, blood pressure and other metrics.

Team Training Days

We run team training days so you can meet the rest of the team. Wether we run a Hyrox training day, a powerlifting training day or a triathlon day, you will meet the rest of the team and have the opportunity to try something new!

Team Clothing

Team clothing. We know how daunting the gym can feel so when you walk in and see another member of the Inception Team in the clothing, you know you have someone there on the same journey as you!

Team Socials

Everyone needs to celebrate their wins! We run team social nights where we can celebrate all the successes from clients new and old!

Events & Competitions

Our events bring the excitement of a big competition but with the homely feel of having others around you that you know.

We set these at specific intervals throughout the year to give our clients something to train for. We have found a huge increase in motivation for current clients training for these.

We currently run: Hyrox, squat, bench press and deadlift competitions.
