Meet Kirsten! At 56 years young, she took the bold step to transform her life just 10 months ago. She'd never stepped foot in a gym before-too intimidated by the stereotypes that made her fearful of them. After years of trying to follow at-home workouts, she finally decided enough was enough and committed to a real change.

Kirsten has battled arthritis since her early 30s, which had gradually drained her energy and mobility over the years. But fast forward 10 months, and Kirst is thriving like never before!

She's lost 2 stone, and the aches and pains from her arthritis have dramatically reduced.

Today, she's more active than ever-playing with her grandchildren, enjoying long walks on vacation, and feeling more capable in her daily life than she has in years!

The training plan that your coach sets you will be accessible on the app, with videos on every movement and descriptions so you will never be stuck whilst training.

Your nutrition plan can be accessed on the app and all of your calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats and fibre goals will be set for you by one of our coaches. There are easy visuals to see where your current intake is versus the daily target.

As you progress and move through your fitness journey, graphs on the app will populate to give easy understanding of health, weight, blood pressure and other metrics.
